hello dear friend...
no new mixes from here this time.. but
I would like to share with you the debut album from my label (after 60+ digital singles releases..featuing worriedaboutsatan, Anders Ilar, Great Lake Swimmers and many more).. called Bad Panda
The LP is from a one-man-project (helped by the singer girlfriend) from Italy that moved to LA.. his name is Dumbo Gets Mad and makes some retro futuristic psych-pop/rock in the Tame Impala-Ariel Pink-Mgmt style..

2 turntables and a mixer, just like mama used to mix.
Although considering it sounds like you don't have these, there are numerous computer programs you can get to do it, but I wouldn't have a clue of cost etc.

There's possibly a demo version of Traktor (by Native Instruments) available, but again, I wouldn't know too much about them. Google the shit out of it and see what you can find. Happy mixing!

I found some VirtualDJ thing. It's pretty straightforward. I've always been interested in mixing, and I'd like to find a good vinyl mixer for all my Thompson Twins and Air Supply 45s.  |
