I have a question about what is coming out before the album comes out.
On the "player" - http://emichrysalis.co.uk/players/shockingpinks/
There are four squares of different colours:
Blue: This Aching Deal/Aug 3rd 7"
Green: Victims / April May 7"
Pink: Narrator/Dressed to Please 7"
There is also an Orange square. I have asked around, and have heard that there are only going to be the three 7"'s and the 12". Is this accurate? |

The album is out next week.
then there is a 4th 7" single out October 15, 2007.
the single is called End of the World. we will also have a cd single and 12" as well. Tracks include End of the World / Go To Sleep on the 7", Those 2 trax + Eluvium and Deerhunter remixes of Go To Sleep on a 12" and all the above + the video on the cd single.
those tracks are are actually not on the radio player, but we will have a new one available soon with the whole album and new single / B Sides. |

Excellent news! Quite excited about the Deerhunter remix...
On the topic of the Shocking Pinks 7"s, though, itunes is still being a bit weird with a couple of them- it has the "Victims" single marked as "clean lyrics"/censored, and while "The Narrator" is flagged as itunes plus, the actual files aren't- check it out, if you search for "shocking pinks" they don't show up with the little "plus" icons indicating they're DRM-free. |

Excellent. End of the World is my favorite track - the video is amazing.
Nothing like getting a complete set, no? |
